Mena Alexandra suvari, born on February 13, 1979, in America is an actress as well as a fashion designer and model. After a brief stint as a model for fashion, she quickly transitioned to acting, appearing as guest stars on TV shows such as Boy Meets World in the 1990s and High Incident. The actress made her debut in film in the dramatic film Nowhere. She made the transition to important roles thanks to her performance in American Beauty for which she was nominated for a BAFTA Award and American Pie each of which garnered more attention. She's appeared alongside American Pie's co-star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) before starring as the role of lead in Sugar & Spice (2001). Spun, an independent drama from 2002 and the thriller film Trauma (2004) was the most recent of her appearances. Also, she starred in HBO drama Six Feet Under. The drama was popular in 2004 and in 2005 the Screen Actors Guild nominated her as one of the outstanding cast members.
